A safety valve that fails to open at its set pressure — or leaks below it — is a liability: regulatory, financial, and above all human. Regulatory frameworks across Tunisia, Libya, and Algeria require periodic testing and certification of all pressure-relief devices. M Expert Engineering is the only facility in Tunisia certified by LESER as an Authorized Repair Center (LARC), meaning every valve we touch is held to OEM manufacturing tolerances.
Our Full-Cycle Service
- Disassembly, inspection, and condition assessment
- Pop-test (cold differential test pressure — CDTP) on our calibrated test benches
- Ultrasonic thickness measurement and hardness testing of body parts
- Seat and disc lapping and polishing to API 527 leakage criteria
- Spring replacement and resetting to specified set pressure
- Reassembly in our clean-room workshop
- Final pop-test, seat tightness test, and issue of calibration certificate
- As-found / as-left documentation for your CMMS
Standards & Compliance
All work complies with API 520, API 521, API 526, API 527, ASME Section I, ASME Section VIII Div.1, and EN ISO 4126. LESER OEM repairs are performed under LARC authorization — the only such authorization in Tunisia.
